We’re launching Dad Chats, a therapy group for Dads with young kids led by experts in the field. This 8-week program includes weekly meetings designed to help you express your feelings and set intentions for the future.

Relax, make friends, and ask all the questions you've been trying to answer about having kids and being an adult.

Starting 10/19 and 10/22
Tuesdays at 6:30 pm + Saturdays at 1:30 pm

Derek Hoxby will be leading our Dad Chats. With over 20 years of experience working with Dads, Families, and Couples, Derek helps create more open communication and honest relationships. 

He guides Dads through all the ups and downs that life throws our way in early fatherhood. Whether it’s body changes, anxiety, or changes in life goals, Derek uses a variety of techniques to set you on a path toward being your best dad self.
